My stay was pleasant for two nights. The room was neat and budget with several large flying bugs, double bed, as example, and all other comforts. All the staff members were amicable. The setting of hotel was best possible, in Quiet area. It was good to be 2 km away from Kfc, serving short-orders. I enjoyed the stay here.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay. the room was clean with fresh linens and the shower had strong hot water. Compared to some of the harsh reviews, it looked much better than the photos. I'd stay here again if needed.

The room was clean n comfy. Staff were really nice n helped us with stuff like getting an iron n shampoo. We had a good sleep n the shower was hot, so no complaints there. Kinda surprised given the bad reviews i read before arriving. It felt worth the price we paid!
But it was pretty hot in the room with the heating on n the tv was a bit old. Did not get fresh towels on the second day.

The staff here were friendly and accommodating. They brought fresh towels quickly when I asked. The room had clean sheets and a comfortable bed,. I appreciated the hot water in the shower. It worked perfectly. The heating in the room needed improvement as it got a bit too warm during the night. I also noticed the carpet could use a good clean. There were some stains that stood out. It's a decent place for a short stay if you don't mind a few maintenance issues.

Staying here was a delight as we were just a short walk away from the beautiful wollaton hall and the vibrant lace market. While the hotel itself had unique character, a bit more attention to room cleanliness would enhance comfort.
